Wes Johnson is responsible for the directing, planning, budgeting, marketing and daily operations for Griffin Company's Commercial Property Management and oversight of the Maintenance and Construction Advisory departments.

Wes supervises property managers, property administrators, accounting, maintenance, and onsite staff members for the properties Griffin manages, and is also responsible for customer relations. He has more than 30 years of experience in management, sales, leasing, construction management and maintenance of properties.

Wes has earned the Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation from the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) and holds the Minnesota Real Estate Brokers and Chief Grade C Engineer licenses

Linda Steinbaugh has been with Griffin Companies for over 25 years directing the planning, budgeting and daily operations of both multi family and commercial properties. Linda oversees tenant and resident relations, marketing programs and also manages the on-site staff within her region.

Linda is experienced with rejuvenating distressed properties by combining the resources Griffin offers clients with a highly skilled, professional, on-site management team. Linda emphasizes the importance of training and developing the on-site staff and works closely with them to ensure quality management.

Linda earned the designation of Certified Property Manager (CPM) from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and has been a Certified Instructor for the organization. She was President of the Minnesota Chapter of IREM in 1990, and was voted CPM of the Year in 1993. Linda is also a member of the Building Owners & Managers Institute (BOMA) the Minnesota Multi Housing Association (MMHA), and the Minnesota Shopping Center Association (MSCA).

Jim Volp brings over 35 years experience and knowledge in commercial construction, commercial real estate and development, and property management to Griffin Companies. During the past 13 years, Jim has been responsible for commercial project management and consulting at Griffin including site development, new construction, major construction and renovation, and tenant build out and code compliance.

Jim's forte is in the incorporation of each client's functions into the design and construction of its facilities, maximizing long-term operational efficiency while controlling capital expenditures. Jim accomplishes this through a comprehensive understanding of the interrelationships between the client's business and the facility design.

Jim holds a Bachelor of Science from St. Cloud State University, and an MBA from the University of St. Thomas. He has completed numerous courses in construction law, building codes, real estate investment and taxation and construction management.
