COLDWELL BANKER COMMERCIAL GRIFFIN ANNOUNCES $1,525,000 1.55 ACRE TRANSACTION
(Minneapolis, MN, April 22) – Linda Zelm, Senior Vice President and Suzie Rettinger, Associate of Coldwell Banker Commercial Griffin Companies has closed a 1.55 acre land sale with Jerry’s Enterprises at northwest corner of South Robert Street and Mendota Road, West St. Paul, MN. Coldwell Banker Commercial represented the sellers, the nine heirs of William and Della Orf. Darcy Winter, D.E. Winter and Associates. represented the buyer.
The buyer of this highly visible corner parcel which was home to a now closed Famous Daves restaurant plans to add the site to the adjacent Ten Acres Center which will make it easier to renovate in the future. The Famous Dave’s building is scheduled to be removed.
The transaction was unique in that it involved the excellent cooperation of all nine sellers and negotiations with five active offers for the property. This shows that well located retail land sites are still very much in demand.
