	Nov 17, 2009 CBC Griffin Companies Announces 1825 Square Foot Lease Transaction By: Amy Lotsberg (Minneapolis, MN, 11/18/2009) – Coldwell Banker Commercial Griffin announced that Suzie Rettinger, Retail Associate has leased 1,825 square feet of retail space at Southdale Square in Edina, MN to Moorehead Communications, Inc, dba The Cellular Connection. Suzie represented Moorehead Communications, Inc while Tedd Schuster of Northmarq represented the landlord. The new Cellular Connection store will be located at 6555 York Ave Edina, MN 55435. They are located next to Dunn Brothers and Jared Jewelers at the corner of York Ave and 66^th Street W in Edina. The store plans to open in January 2010.
