2009 PROPERTY MANAGER OF THE YEAR AWARD
(Minneapolis, MN 6/8/2010) – Wes Johnson of Coldwell Banker Commercial Griffin Companies has been named the 2009 Property Manager of the Year for Coldwell Banker Commercial®.

Wes joined CBC Griffin in 1991 as a Commercial District Manager. He is currently General Manager and Vice President of the property management division. He has over 30 years of experience in management, sales, leasing, construction management and maintenance of properties.
Wes has earned the Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation from the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA). He also hold a Minnesota Real Estate Broker license and a Chief Grade C Engineer license.
