(Minneapolis, MN, 6/9/2010) – Coldwell Banker Commercial Griffin announced that Mark E. Moore, Vice President, and Cory Miller, Senior Associate, represented Tax Sheltered Compensation (TSC) with their office space renewal of 9,847sf at 7300 Metro Blvd in Edina. Mark Moore and Cory Miller represented the tenant, while Brent Jacobson represented the landlord, Hempel Properties, Inc.
Gary Zurek, President of TSC said, “After reviewing the market, we believed our best and most economical option was to refurbish our present space and stay at this location.”
